Terms of Service

Dress Score is provided by Dzmitry Bukuyazau, Poland (“Developer”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the App.

2. Services

The App provides AI-powered outfit analysis of user-supplied photos. Free users receive one analysis; subscribers receive additional analyses as described in Section 3.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

• Subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly) unlock three analyses per day.
• Analysis packs (10 / 25 / 50) are usable only while a subscription is active; unused packs remain after cancellation until consumed.
• Payments are processed by Apple via in-app purchase; billing disputes are handled through Apple.

4. User Responsibilities

• Upload only images you own the rights to.
• No unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit images.
• Do not include payment cards, health records, or other sensitive data in free-text fields; such content may be incidentally captured in analytics events.

5. Analytics & Third-Party Processors

We use PostHog, OpenAI, Google Firebase, RevenueCat, and DigitalOcean to operate the App (see Privacy Policy). PostHog may temporarily store pseudonymous session-replay data — screen renderings and gesture events — for up to 12 months for debugging and analytics only.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all related IP are owned by the Developer. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of data arising from your use of the App or reliance on analysis results. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Warsaw, Poland. You agree to attempt informal negotiation via [email protected] for at least 30 days before filing a claim.

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect 14 days after in-App and website notice. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
